If you want the boiler to be in condensate state, at the highest efficiency, you need to control the return water temperature to the boiler. otherwise, the boiler will work as a high-efficiency boiler. Condensed water in condensed boilers, because of its acidic nature (ph 3-5), should be discharged into sewage with special conditions, and in Arisman boilers this fluid enters the tank after the siphon and the ph of this liquid, after the storage in a limestone or marble tank, reaches about 7 and drains into the sewage. Since the gases from combustion in Arisman Condensing Boiler are about 55°C and there is also the possibility of condensation in the smoke chamber, the chimney should be made UPVC or polypropylene from the beginning in order not to be obsolete. Arisman Condensing Boilers have a thermal efficiency of 93%.
